Maintenance Questions
Can you handle repairs between residents?
Yes. Turnover and punch-list repairs are part of Maintenance, and turnover cleaning is part of Cleaning, so one company can handle both.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
For cleaning appointments, give us at least 24 hours’ notice and there’s no cancellation fee. With shorter notice, a fee may apply if a team has already been assigned or dispatched. For maintenance projects, completed work and costs already incurred remain payable.
