These Website Terms of Use apply to your use of cyrusservices.com (the “website”), operated by Cyrus Services LLC, operating as Cyrus Cleaning and Cyrus Maintenance (“Cyrus Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
2. Our Services Are Covered Separately
Cleaning, maintenance, and repair services are provided under our Service Terms and Conditions and your approved quote.
Information on this website, including service descriptions, is general. It is not a quote or an offer. Your confirmed estimate sets the scope and price of any work.
3. Requests and Forms
Our estimate, property management, and job application forms are provided by Jobber, the service we use to manage requests. Submitting a request doesn’t book a service: every job starts with an estimate.
Please give accurate information, and only information you have permission to share. Please don’t include payment card or bank details, Social Security or government ID numbers, medical information, or alarm codes.
How we use the information you send us is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Accuracy and Availability
We try to keep the website accurate and current, but service areas, availability, and other details can change. Coverage and scheduling are confirmed when we prepare your quote or proposal.
5. Reviews, Links, and Other Services
The website shows reviews from our Google Business Profile, links to other websites (such as Google, Washington L&I, the Better Business Bureau, and social media), and forms provided by Jobber. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for their content.
6. Our Content
The text, photos, logos, and design of this website belong to Cyrus Services LLC or to others who have allowed us to use them. You may view, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, change, or reuse our content or logos without our written permission.
7. Using the Website Responsibly
Please don’t:
- Send false or misleading requests;
- Submit someone else’s information without their permission;
- Try to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access to it, or collect its content by automated means; or
- Use the website for anything unlawful.
8. No Warranty for the Website
The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we don’t promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
This doesn’t affect anything in your service agreement, or any warranty or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyrus Services is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
This does not limit responsibility for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any obligation that cannot legally be limited.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Washington law. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings relating to the website will be brought in a court having jurisdiction in Snohomish County, Washington.
11. Changes and General Terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from its effective date.
If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
