Why It Matters
You shouldn’t have to juggle unreliable providers, explain your expectations again and again, or chase answers when something goes wrong. These are the practices we use so you don’t have to.
Who Does the Work
W-2 Employees, Background Checked
We use W-2 employees, not random subcontractors. Team members are background checked before working with customers and are expected to represent the company professionally on every job.
Licensed Trades, One Point of Contact
Repairs are done by our own team. Licensed trade work, such as electrical or plumbing, may go to a licensed subcontractor. Either way, we stay your single point of contact.
Trained on Our Standards
Training covers our service standards, customer communication, safety expectations, respect for your property, and the correct way to complete each type of service.
Safe Work Practices
Team members follow safe work practices, use appropriate tools and supplies, respect your property, avoid unsafe conditions, and report hazards before continuing.
The Right Supplies
Professional cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment suited to the service. You can ask for specific products when reasonable; the work still has to meet our safety and quality standards.
Before, During, and After the Work
Written Scopes
We use written scopes, service notes, and checklists when needed, so the team knows what’s included, what’s excluded, and what you expect before work begins.
Clear Responsibility
Each job has clear responsibility assigned to the team members doing the work. Larger jobs may have a lead or supervisor responsible for scope, quality, communication, and follow-up.
Dependable Communication
Clear updates about estimates, scheduling, job details, changes, and follow-up items, by phone, text, or email depending on the situation.
Work Checked Against the Scope
Work is reviewed against the requested scope. For larger jobs, turnover work, commercial work, and maintenance projects, a lead or supervisor may inspect the work before completion or follow up after service.
Records Kept With Each Job
Job details, notes, photos when needed, estimates, invoices, and communication are kept with each job, so the work stays organized and accountable.
Problems Go to Someone Who Can Fix Them
If something changes, is unclear, or can’t be completed as expected, the team communicates it quickly and escalates it to the owner or a supervisor, so you get a clear answer and a next step.
If Something Isn’t Right
If something is missed or doesn’t meet the agreed scope, let us know within 24 hours of a cleaning, or as soon as possible for other work. We’ll review the concern and, when appropriate, make it right based on the original service agreement.
