Questions From Homeowners
Do I have to start with a deep clean?
No. Most recurring clients begin with an initial clean to bring the home to our maintenance standard, and depending on its condition we’ll recommend a standard or a deep clean. If your home is already there, you may be able to start recurring service right away.
Can I add extras to a cleaning?
Yes: inside the refrigerator, inside the oven, inside cabinets, wall washing and detailed baseboards, a garage, balcony, or patio, and laundry. Interior window glass is already included in standard, deep, and move-in or move-out cleans.
What if something is missed?
If it’s part of your cleaning, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and fix it at no charge. For repairs and other work, let us know as soon as possible; we’ll review it and, when appropriate, make it right based on the original agreement.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
For cleaning appointments, give us at least 24 hours’ notice and there’s no cancellation fee. With shorter notice, a fee may apply if a team has already been assigned or dispatched. For maintenance projects, completed work and costs already incurred remain payable.
