Every site gets its own plan. We start from our commercial cleaning checklist, then set the tasks, and which days they’re done, around your site’s needs. Routine tasks include:

Restrooms

  • Clean and disinfect toilets and urinals, including seats (both sides), bases, and handles
  • Clean and disinfect basins, counters, and faucets
  • Clean mirrors and assigned interior glass, streak-free
  • Clean partitions, tile, and dispensers, and remove soap scum
  • Disinfect high-touch points
  • Restock supplies to your site’s levels and report dispenser problems
  • Empty trash and sanitary bins and add liners
  • Spot-clean walls, doors, and push plates; mop, including edges

Offices, Workstations, and Conference Rooms

  • Dust reachable surfaces, sills, frames, signs, cabinets, and wall hangings
  • Dust and clean cleared desks; personal items aren’t moved
  • Empty trash and recycling and add liners
  • Clean phones, keyboards, and shared electronics you approve, as you direct
  • Disinfect approved touchpoints
  • Spot-clean glass, partitions, and assigned whiteboards
  • Wipe chairs and surfaces; reset furniture to its places
  • Vacuum carpet traffic lanes, edges, and desk areas

Lobby, Entry, Halls, and Common Areas

  • Dust reception surfaces, ledges, signs, and wall hangings
  • Empty trash and recycling
  • Clean entry glass, metal, doors, frames, and switches, and remove fingerprints
  • Clean stair and elevator walls and doors; disinfect rails and controls
  • Clean drinking fountains and coolers; wipe seating, tables, and railings
  • Vacuum entry mats and upholstered seating
  • Remove litter at entrances and patios, if assigned

Break Room and Kitchenette

  • Empty trash and recycling
  • Clean tables and chairs, counters, the sink, and the faucet
  • Wipe cabinet and appliance fronts, handles, and switches
  • Clean microwave and toaster interiors, if assigned
  • Wipe coffee, vending, and cooler exteriors
  • Disinfect approved touchpoints
  • Restock soap, towels, and liners
  • Sweep or vacuum the floor

Floors

  • Vacuum carpet traffic lanes and edges; spot-clean approved spots
  • Mop hard floors, including edges and under movable furniture
  • Wet-floor signs stay up until floors are dry
  • Report stains, floor damage, trip hazards, and leaks

Trash, Recycling, and Closing Up

  • Collect trash and sort recycling and cardboard
  • Move waste to the collection point
  • Check the work against your site’s scope before leaving
  • Return lights, doors, windows, blinds, and the thermostat as found or as directed
  • Secure the site, set the alarm, and lock up
  • Report damage, hazards, and unfinished work, with after photos

Scheduled Detail Work

  • Washing restroom partitions, tile walls, and baseboards; detailing grout and behind fixtures
  • Dusting high surfaces, vents, light fixtures, and blinds that can be reached safely
  • Vacuuming upholstery and under safely movable furniture
  • Cleaning assigned interior glass on both sides, and entry-glass frames and tracks
  • Detailing baseboards, edges, corners, railings, and chair legs
  • Degreasing break-room cabinet fronts, backsplash, and toe-kicks
  • Cleaning break-room appliance interiors when scheduled and empty
  • Machine scrubbing, buffing, or carpet extraction, only when approved and scheduled

Done monthly or quarterly, as agreed for your site.

How Your Price Is Set

For larger commercial work, we start with a walkthrough or a phone call to understand the scope. Your custom proposal is based on what we agree.

Helpful to include: the property’s type and size, its condition, your timing, and photos if you have them.

Spaces: offices, retail and storefronts, medical and dental offices, and building common areas.
How often: daily on weekdays, 2 or 3 times a week, weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly.
When: evening and weekend cleaning is available.
