- Wipe inside cabinets and drawers, including the back corners
- Clean inside the oven and the dishwasher
- Clean inside the refrigerator and freezer (defrosting not included)
Bathrooms
- Wipe inside the vanity and drawers
- Clean inside the medicine cabinet and both sides of mirrored cabinet doors
Bedrooms
- Clean closet shelves, rods, floors, and corners
- Wipe inside drawers
- Clean both sides of sturdy blinds
Living and Common Areas
- Wipe inside closets and cupboards
- Clean both sides of sturdy blinds
Washer and dryer interiors are cleaned as far as they’re accessible. Please empty everything listed above and clear the surfaces and floors you want cleaned before we arrive. Your confirmed quote is the final scope.
Not Included
- Moving furniture, appliances, or belongings, or cleaning under or behind anything left in place
- Defrosting the freezer
- Outside window glass (we clean interior glass)
- Washing whole walls (walls are spot-wiped)
- Blinds that aren’t sturdy enough to clean
- Hazardous materials
- Active biohazards
- Pest infestations
- Mold remediation
- Unsafe working conditions

Move-In and Move-Out Questions
Do I need to empty the cabinets and appliances first?
Yes, please empty them, and clear the surfaces and floors you want cleaned. Furniture, appliances, and belongings aren’t moved.
What if something is missed?
If it’s part of your cleaning, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and fix it at no charge. For repairs and other work, let us know as soon as possible; we’ll review it and, when appropriate, make it right based on the original agreement.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
For cleaning appointments, give us at least 24 hours’ notice and there’s no cancellation fee. With shorter notice, a fee may apply if a team has already been assigned or dispatched. For maintenance projects, completed work and costs already incurred remain payable.
