A thorough maintenance clean for the main living areas of your home, room by room:
Kitchen
- Dust corners, the vent, lights, cabinet tops, and the window sill
- Wipe routine soil from the hood and backsplash
- Spot-wipe cabinet doors and handles
- Clean the microwave inside and out
- Clean the refrigerator front, top, and handles, and the dishwasher front
- Clean the stove front, knobs, oven door, and cooktop
- Wipe small appliances and clean counters, including beneath movable items
- Scrub the sink and drain; clean and dry the faucet
- Wipe the table and chairs; disinfect switches and handles
- Spot-wipe toe-kicks and baseboards
- Empty and reline the trash; vacuum and mop
Bathrooms
- Dust corners, vents, lights, and door and frame tops
- Clean mirrors and interior window glass, streak-free
- Wipe the medicine cabinet and vanity exteriors, cabinet fronts, and handles
- Wipe the counter, sink, faucet, soap items, toothbrush holder, towel bars, hooks, and paper holder
- Scrub tub and shower walls; clean the shower door and its visible track and lip
- Clean the whole toilet, including behind it
- Disinfect switches and handles; empty the trash with a fresh liner
- Vacuum and mop, including behind the toilet
Bedrooms
- Dust corners, safely reachable fans and lights, and door-frame edges
- Dust wall hangings, frames, and window blinds or curtains
- Clean mirrors and interior glass; wipe sills
- Dust furniture, shelves, lamp bases, and headboards, including beneath movable items
- Disinfect switches and handles; dry-wipe remotes and thermostats
- Dust and spot-wipe baseboards
- Empty the trash with a fresh liner; vacuum exposed floors
Living and Common Areas
- Dust corners, safely reachable fans and lights, and door-frame edges
- Dust wall hangings, frames, and window blinds or curtains
- Clean mirrors and interior glass; wipe sills
- Dust furniture and shelves, including beneath movable items
- Wipe tables and the TV stand; dry-wipe the TV screen
- Disinfect switches and handles; dry-wipe remotes and thermostats
- Dust and spot-wipe baseboards; empty the trash with a fresh liner
- Vacuum exposed floors and couch edges
- Straighten cushions and blankets, reset the room, and return items to their places
Halls, Entry, and Floors
- Dust corners, safely reachable lights, wall hangings, and frames
- Disinfect switches and handles
- Dust and spot-wipe baseboards
- Vacuum all carpet and mop all hard floors
- Remove trash and add a new liner
Every standard and recurring visit follows this list. Over time we can rotate in light detail work so the home doesn’t slowly slip, but deep-clean details and add-ons are only included when you book them. Your confirmed quote is the final scope.

A one-time standard clean starts at $189, and recurring visits start at $159. Your fixed price is based on your home’s size, its condition, and the work it takes to keep it maintained, and it’s confirmed before we start.

Do I need a deep clean first?
Not always. Most recurring clients begin with an initial cleaning to bring the home to our maintenance standard. Depending on your home’s condition, we’ll recommend a standard or a deep clean. If your home is already at our standard, you may be able to start recurring service right away.
I booked a one-time standard clean. Can I switch to recurring?
Yes, and you won’t need another deep clean just because you started with a standard one. If your home is at our maintenance standard afterward, you can move straight into recurring service, and small details can be handled over the first few visits. If significant buildup remains, we’ll recommend a deep clean first.
Why do recurring visits cost less?
Regular visits keep your home consistently maintained, so each one takes less work. That’s why recurring clients get lower maintenance pricing, and why every 2 weeks is the sweet spot for most homes.
Can I add anything to a visit?
Yes. Making or straightening beds and restocking bathroom paper and soap are included when you book them. You can also add inside the refrigerator, oven, or cabinets, wall washing and detailed baseboards, a garage, balcony, or patio, or laundry.
