How Your Price Is Set
Every project is quoted from its scope: the work, the space, its condition, and your timing. Quotes and site visits are free.
Every project gets a written scope and quote before work begins. If hidden conditions turn up, we explain them and get your approval before any added charges.

Our Workmanship Standard: If something related to our workmanship doesn’t look or perform as expected, contact us promptly. We’ll review the issue and address it according to your approved scope and our Service Terms.
Before We Start
Getting the Room Ready
Please clear counters and the work area, empty the cabinets and vanities we’re working on, and remove personal and fragile items. Plan for the room or fixture to be out of use during parts of the work, and please provide access and keep pets away from the work area.
At Your Estimate
We check measurements, existing cabinets and fixtures, access, visible water damage, shutoffs, and anything else that could affect the work. Straightforward projects can sometimes be quoted from clear photos. We arrange a site visit when measurements, hidden conditions, or several trades need to be assessed.
Materials
You or Cyrus can supply cabinets, vanities, fixtures, tile, flooring, and other approved products. We confirm measurements, quantity, condition, and suitability before installation. Your written quote says who supplies the products and installation materials. We confirm delivery and product availability before scheduling.
Permits
Projects that need permits are accepted case by case. Your quote says who is responsible for any required permit, and licensed subcontractors handle the permits for their own regulated work when required.
Job Sizes
We take on jobs of any size: one fixture, vanity, or other small update; several updates in one room; combined kitchen and bathroom projects; rental turnovers; and small commercial break rooms and restrooms.
Scheduling
Scheduling is confirmed after the quote is approved and required materials are available. For businesses, we can work before opening, after closing, or on weekends, and whether an occupied area needs to be empty is assessed case by case.

Questions About This Service
Do you only handle cosmetic updates?
No. We handle everything from individual fixture and finish updates to larger kitchen and bathroom projects. Each project is assessed for its layout, condition, and the trades it needs.
How are plumbing, electrical, and gas portions handled?
We coordinate the whole project and use appropriately licensed subcontractors for regulated plumbing, electrical, and gas work. Like-for-like swaps of faucets, toilets, showerheads, and light fixtures on existing connections are done by our own team.
How does payment work?
A deposit confirms your agreement and reserves your service date. When we finish, we walk through the work with you, and we send the final invoice once you’re happy with everything. If you’re away, we send you photos to check first.
