How Your Price Is Set

Every project is quoted from its scope: the work, the space, its condition, and your timing. Quotes and site visits are free.

Every project gets a written scope and quote before work begins. If hidden conditions turn up, we explain them and get your approval before any added charges.

Our Workmanship Standard: If something related to our workmanship doesn’t look or perform as expected, contact us promptly. We’ll review the issue and address it according to your approved scope and our Service Terms.

Before We Start

Getting the Room Ready

Please clear belongings and fragile items from the work area, empty any cabinets or closets we ask you to, provide access, and keep pets away from the work area.

At Your Estimate

We check the measurements, openings, existing conditions, material suitability, access, and anything else that could affect the installation. Straightforward projects can sometimes be quoted from clear photos. We arrange a site visit when measurements, openings, existing damage, or material matching need to be checked.

Materials

You or Cyrus can supply the trim, doors, cabinets, shelving, and related products. We confirm measurements, quantity, condition, and suitability before installation. Your written quote says who supplies the products and installation materials; fasteners, adhesive, caulk, filler, paint, and stain are included as quoted. We confirm delivery and product availability before scheduling.

Job Sizes

We take on jobs of any size: one door, shelf, or cabinet; one room of trim; several rooms or a whole floor; rental turnovers; and small commercial spaces.

Scheduling

Scheduling is confirmed after the quote is approved and required materials are available. For businesses, we can work before opening, after closing, or on weekends.
