How Your Price Is Set
Every repair is priced by the job, based on the work needed, the property type, its condition, and your timing. Your quote is confirmed before we start.
We bring the parts and materials, unless we agree otherwise. Repairs can be scheduled as soon as the next day, depending on scope, location, and team availability.
Our Workmanship Standard: If something related to our workmanship doesn’t look or perform as expected, contact us promptly. We’ll review the issue and address it according to your approved scope and our Service Terms.

- Our own team: W-2 employees, background checked
- Some work goes to properly licensed subcontractors, including anything that requires a licensed electrician or plumber
- One point of contact, from quote to final walkthrough
- A written quote before work begins, with written scopes when needed

Questions About This Service
Can one visit include cleaning and repairs?
Absolutely. Tell us about both in your request, and we’ll quote them together and take care of them on the same visit.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
For cleaning appointments, give us at least 24 hours’ notice and there’s no cancellation fee. With shorter notice, a fee may apply if a team has already been assigned or dispatched. For maintenance projects, completed work and costs already incurred remain payable.
