Scheduling and Access
Times
During business hours, before opening, in the evening, or on weekends. Start and finish times are agreed for your site, and holidays case by case. We don’t offer overnight cleaning.
Access
Before service begins, we agree on building access, alarm instructions, restricted rooms, and lock-up.
Keys and Fobs
Labeled with an internal number, never your name or address, kept locked away, and issued only to employees assigned to your property. Returned, or access removed, when service ends.
If a Key Goes Missing
The owner tells you promptly and coordinates code changes, deactivation, or replacement.
Insurance and Registration

- General liability and property insurance, with a certificate of insurance on request
- We can add you as an additional insured
- Washington L&I workers’ compensation coverage

Questions From Commercial Clients
What can you clean in exam or dental treatment rooms?
We clean the agreed non-biohazard surfaces, following your practice’s room-by-room instructions and product requirements. We confirm the tasks with you before service begins.
Do you handle medical waste or clinical equipment?
No. Sharps, medical and biohazard waste, blood or body-fluid cleanup, and clinical equipment are excluded.
Can you use the products our practice requires?
Yes. We can use our own products or the products your practice requires.
Is ordinary trash part of the service?
Yes, ordinary trash and recycling can be on your checklist. That isn’t medical-waste handling, which we don’t do.
